Coach Tonya Rainbolt

Coach Tonya Rainbolt has over 26 years of coaching experience. She first swam competitively at age 5 and then continued competing throughout High School in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Tonya attended and received a BA degree from the University of South Carolina. She competed for the school primarily in Distance, Relay and Butterfly events. She then became the Head Coach of Myrtle Beach Swim Team. Tonya has coached swimmers ranked in the top 10 LSC and top 20 nationally.  More recently, she coached in South Florida with both TBAY and PYP swim teams. She has trained National Level swimmers as well as Olympic trial attendees. She was Head Coach of Florida Elite Swim Team in Land O Lakes Florida for 4 years just prior to relocating to Jacksonville Beach.  Currently Tonya has dedicated her time and knowledge to developing an amazing training program for the Queen’s Harbour Community. 

Coach Tonya has coached Age Group Developmental, High School, and Masters swimmers and is affiliated with ASCA, USA Swimming, Florida Swimming, USA Southern Zone, US Masters Swimming, USLA, and USA Special Olympics. 


Coach Annie Wohlgemuth 

Coach Annie Wohlgemuth is a passionate swimmer turned coach with deep roots in Florida’s competitive swimming scene. From a young age, Annie stood out in the pool, earning titles, records, and national recognition for her backstroke and butterfly. During her high school career, Annie won the 2022 FHSAA Class 3A State Championship in the 100 backstroke. She also set Ponte Vedra school records in four events: 100 backstroke, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle relay, and 200 medley relay. Annie holds two Florida state records in the 50 backstroke for the 13-14 and 15-16 age groups, with a 24.55. She was honored as Florida’s Outstanding Swimmer of the Year in 2020 and was named to the USA Swimming Scholastic All-America Team in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Annie’s achievements also include multiple top-10 national rankings, and qualification for both the Winter, and Summer Nationals and the U.S. Open. Her success in the pool earned her a swimming scholarship to the University of Georgia where she is still attending (go dawgs). Now on the pool deck as a coach, Annie is committed to helping swimmers build strong foundations, confidence, and a love for the sport. She believes in fostering a positive and energetic environment where athletes not only improve their technique but also grow as individuals. Her goal is to pass along the same passion and discipline that shaped her own journey in the water.
