About The Team

The Blue Tides is a year round competitive swim team ages 6-18. The inaugural season began in the fall of 2010. The team has seen tremendous growth over the past years. Our team includes swimmers of all levels from novice through some of highest levels of competition in the midwest. Families from Joliet and the surrounding communities have found their way to our team to take their child’s swimming skills to the next level, make friendships, and have fun.

The mission for the Joliet Park District Blue Tides is to provide a healthy, safe, and positive environment for competitive swimmers and to embrace team and individual goals in combination with personal growth.
