Swim Lesson Information
About Our Program
- Our program offers classes for new swimmers up to swim team ready participants.
- We believe in building a strong foundation and then continuing to help swimmers progress to meet their swim goal, whether that's swim team or just water safety.
- All our instructors have a competitive swim background. Many participate on our PAC teams now.
- Our teacher to instructor ratios do not exceed 1:4 in our lower levels and do not exceed 1:7 in our highest levels.
- We also offer Private lessons that are catered to the participant and their swim goals.
- Please see our Levels Tab for details about each Level.
- Our program is best for ages 4 - 17 years old.
- We do not recommend our program for toddlers and infants due to the temperature of our pool.
Registration
- All registrations must be completed online prior to the class start date. Early registrations help us plan accordingly for instructors and space need for a successful class.
- Registration request after the deadline will be decided on a case-to-case basis, based on class size and instructor’s discretion.
- There is not a prorate for signing after classes begin.
- If your desired class is full you can sign up for a waitlisted spot. If a spot becomes available, we will approve registrations from the waitlist. You will receive a registration invoice if your waitlist is approved.
- There is no charge to your card until the spot is approved.

- Lesson instructors meet their classes at the West Pool Doors - to access go up the hall, to the right, and there is a ramp at the end of the glass commons area that brings you to the West pool doors.
- We do have locker rooms available but we encourage swimmers to come in their suits. Our locker rooms can become quite crowded depending on the other programs scheduled at the same time.
- The locker rooms are for swimmer use only; no parents are permitted in the locker rooms. This is for the safety of our athletes.
- If your swimmer needs assistance, you may help them in the bathroom by the West pool doors.
- Parents/Guardians are able to observe from the pool balcony. Entrance is by the front of where you entered the facility, right next to the Field House.
- Parents are not permitted on the pool deck.
- After class, please coordinate with your swimmer to meet you in the Hallway by the Locker room entrance or back by the West pool doors.

- Missed Group Lessons do not have available makeups or pro-rates.
- We recommend talking with the instructor to help ensure swimmers get caught up at the next class.

- No refunds will be given after the session begins except due to a medical reason with a doctor’s note that prevents a participant from attending the majority of the session.
Class Advancement
- Class advancement is based on the participant’s ability to successfully perform all the required skills in the level.
- Participants that are not able to perform all the required skills should repeat the same level.
- Each level has prerequisites that participants should be able to demonstrate on day 1.
- If a participant is not successful in meeting the prerequisite skills, they will not be able to continue in that class.
