All Star Cheer

If you are looking for a high intensity program, this is it. This is for all ages and all skill levels. This consists of a 1.5 to 2.5 minute routine packed full of stunting, tumbling, jumping, and choreography. We offer recreational and team programs!

 

Gymnastics

If you are looking for a technique driven sport, try out our gymnastics program. This program offers both recreational and team classes that consist of four events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. 


 

Tumbling & Trampoline

In this individual sport, athletes can work at their own pace on three events. The three exhilarating events are Rod Floor, Double Mini, and Trampoline. Recreational and team programs offered!
