WHEATON REFUND POLICY

 

SC FALL WINTER SEASON 

  • Until Sept 1, team fees are 25% non-refundable (of total fees). ISI and fundraising fee non refundable.
  • After Sept 1, all fees including ISI and fundraising fees are non-refundable.
  • Exception: New Families in Blue, Bronze, Silver, Senior and Senior High School, team fees are 25% non-refundable through the first 5 offered practices. After that period, all fees are non-refundable.

 

LC SPRING SUMMER SEASON 

  • Until March 20, team training fees are 25% non-refundable (of total fees). ISI and and other misc (ie cap orders) are non-refundable.
  • After March 20, all fees including ISI and misc fees are non-refundable.
  • Clinics are nonrefundable after dates posted for each session.  See clinic info.

 

PRORATING FOR PARTIAL PARTICIPATION

Wheaton Swim Club does not prorate swimmer fees.
