
The Concord Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Concord Swim Club to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. Concord Swim Club has 3 main practice groups with sub-groups to divide athletes based on their needs.

Senior Group
Senior Group is designed to prepare athletes to succeed at the High School and College Level. Athletes are 14 years old and above (High School Students/College Athlete) Practices are generally 120-180 minutes long with about 6 -9 practices per week. The recommended minimum number of practices per week is 6. Athletes in this group will focus on fitness and technique as well as transition from IM/Endurance to athlete’s specific specialization.
