John Sincroft - Club Director Senior Group Head Coach

Coach Sincroft started his coaching journey in 2004 after graduating from the University of Indianapolis. After 2 years as an Assistant coach at UINDY he moved into high school coaching. He spent 4 years at Franklin Central, 12 years at Warren Central and is now taking the reins at Whiteland Community High School.

While at previous schools he has earned multiple coach of the year’s honors, sectional championships, and state qualifiers. He has trained swimmers at all ability levels. He is looking to help build upon the culture that is coming together at Warriors Swim Club. His goals each day at practice is that swimmers walk away being challenged and learn how to challenge themselves.

When Coach Sincroft is not at the pool you will find him spending time with his family (Erin, Molly, and Cal). He also enjoys cooking and doing yard work.

Kyle Haflich- Head Age Group Coach 

Coach Haflich comes to Warriors Swim Club after a long and decorated swimming career including: multiple time IHSAA Top-8 Finisher, Junior National Finalist, NISCA All-American as well as a very successful collegiate career at Franklin College.

 

As a coach, Coach Haflich coached the Fishers Area Swimming Tigers 10&Unders from 2017 to 2018. In college, Haflich was an age group coach for the Brownsburg Bulldog Swim Club from 2020-2022. 

 

Coach Haflich hopes to bring his passion for fast swimming combined with hard work to create a positive environment at Warriors Swim Club.

Haley Clem- Swim Lessons Director

Haley Clem began her aquatic career as a lifeguard at Warren Central High School in 2007. Prior to join Warriors Swim Club, Haley worked for Indy Parks as an Assistant Park Manager at Garfield Park. 

 

In April of 2022, she became a stay at home mom. Haley took over the Warriors Swim Lesson Program in April of 2023 with over a decade in aquatic management, Haley brings lessons and coaching knowledge to our newly designed program.
