Swimming fees: Training fees are based on the group that your swimmers are placed in. Families with multiple athletes will have a multi-swimmer discount applied to their account upon registration completion. Any family with more than four swimmers will only need to pay the equipment fee and USA Swimming Registration costs for swimmers number five and up. Training fees are used to pay for coaches' salaries, buying and upkeep of team equipment, team meet expenses, team website, and all the extras that come during the season. Warrior Swimming fees can be collected using one of the three options listed below. Option One: Whole season fee with payment due at the time of registration. This includes team registration, USA Swimming registration, and all team training fees for the season. Option Two: Installment fee structure will have the total team training fees broken down into equal payments due on specified dates. For summer, the installment fee due will be collected in April, May, and June. Winter season dues will be collected in September, October, and November. Your team registration fee, USA Swimming registration fee, and the first installment of training fees. Option Three: Monthly fee structure will have the total team training fees broken down into equal payments due on the first of each month. Your team registration fee, USA Swimming registration fee, and the first installment of training fees. Any swimmer who is not a student enrolled in a Wawasee Community School will have a fee assessed each season of participation. There is a team registration fee for each family assessed at the beginning of each season. Winter registration fee - $90. Summer registration fee - $50. The team registration fee includes a team cap for each of your swimmers and helps to offset the cost of administration items for the club. Warrior Swimming can automatically collect fees using a credit card fee charged to the member on each charge. That fee is 2.95% plus $.30 per transaction. All swimmers MUST register with USA Swimming. This registration provides insurance for the swimmer and allows for participation in swim meets.
