Time Standards
Each year, USA Swimming and Illinois Swimming establish time standards, or "cuts" needed to participate in each of its major meets, from BB or age group meets through Olympic Trials, swimmers are always striving to make their next cut. In this section, you'll find the information you need to move up to the next level, whatever that may be.
