Volunteer Requirements
Every swim meet is run by volunteers. We will need to fill at least 40 volunteer shifts for every home meet, and 26 volunteer shifts for each away meet. Every family must volunteer for at least one shift at each meet. Volunteer sign ups can be completed on the event page when registering your swimmer(s) for the meet.
Practice Information
Swimmers should bring the following items to each practice:
- Swim suit
- Athletic shirt/shorts
- Athletic shoes
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Goggles
- Swim cap
- Positive attitude
Parents are not required to stay for practice, however, you are welcome to stay and watch from the areas outside the pool deck.
Cancellations
- If weather looks questionable before a practice or meet, please check your email and/or Facebook to confirm whether the event is cancelled or delayed.
- In the event of thunder or lightning, a 30 minute delay will go into effect. The decision to cancel a meet will be determined by the team coordinators.
