Divisional KYLSC Championships *New Meet*
We have an exciting new addition to our KYLSC Championship meets starting in 2026. We have worked to develop a new Divisional Championships Format. We are using the pre-existing last chance meets as hosts of four divisional meets. The idea is to create a more exciting end of season experience with team scoring and awards for those athletes that might not qualify for the state meet. The meet format is listed below. The teams are assigned by size to their Division, we are in the Extra-Large Team Division which will be hosted by Clippers @ Silver Lake. Since this is the first year of this format, we can choose to attend any location but in following years we will be expected to attend our assigned location. We are intending to attend the assigned location @ Silver Lake and we want everyone interested in this meet to attend. We know there is a conflict with the Catholic Grade School Meet that weekend so those athletes would have the option to attend the Large Team Divisional meet @ Centre College the following weekend. Since this is new and a change from previous seasons, we wanted to get this information out to everyone.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
