City of Alexandria Swim Team (COAST) is Central Louisiana’s longest running competitive swim team. COAST is a year-round competitive swim team that offers high-quality coaching and technique instructions to swimmers of all skill levels and ages. We understand that swimmers begin our program at varying levels of ability. Our program is designed to teach young athletes the correct techniques of swimming by presenting them with both age and ability appropriate lessons. A swimmer who begins training with COAST at an early age will follow a path for athletic development that will ensure success.
