Team – I hope everyone is staying warm this afternoon.  

 

Please read through the following announcements -  

 

  1. 1. No in-person practice on Tuesday. OFC is closed. WE will do a TEAM call at 10:00am for Leopards, Tigers, Makos, and Blue groups. Coach Brett will be discussing energy management and recovery, including some nutrition, at swim meets. Parents are welcome to hop on as well – please let the athletes and coaches steer the conversation. A link will be sent to the groups listed above shortly.  

 

  1. 2. Wednesday’s practice is TBD. I will hopefully have an answer for everyone by 8:00pm Tuesday.  

 

  1. 3. Last call for Crawfish meet – tonight at 6:00pm. Email me if you would like to add.  

 

  1. 4. Those not in SR/AG State, or fewer than 4 events at SR/AG - should plan on attending the COLA/LAB meet March 8-9 in Lafayette as an end of the season meet. There are relays included and meets at this point serve as a benchmark for seasonal & yearly improvement, as achievement is more our focus this time of year.
