Pelican Athletic Club Swim Team (swimPAC) is a USA Swimming Club Recognition Level 3 program. Level 3 is the second highest level and there are only four other teams in Louisiana with this distinction. For more info on Club Recognition program, scroll down. We offer fall and spring seasonal programming, summer swim team, and USA-Swimming registered competitive swimming 12 months per year. Our USA-Swimming competitive team has tripled in size since July of 2012 and swimmers have broken over 40 individual team records and almost 10 relay records.
PAC is also home to the Fontainbleau High School, St. Paul's High School, and Northlake Christian Swim teams. All three schools feature athletes who finish in the top 8 for their respective LHSAA classifications.

Designed over a two year period by USA Swimming's Club Development Committee, four levels of achievement across four component areas deemed critical to long-term club success. The ultimate objective of the program is to strengthen the club system in USA Swimming by guiding clubs through a development process that ultimately positions the program and its coaches to better serve athletes.

The Club Development Committee looked at many different factors that helped create "great" clubs. The committee grouped all of the factors into four major component areas:

- Parent & Volunteer Development
- Coach Development & Education
- Athlete Development & Performance
