Team Practices begin Sunday September 7th
Evaluations are currently taking place for any new team member- Open to swimmers of all ages that can successfully swim 1 lap of the pool face in the water arm over arm freestyle and tread water for 1 minute- Email [email protected]

Registration for the 2025-2026 Season is Open-
Winter Registration- Team members will automatically be registered once the link is filled out. New swimmer registratoin paperwork need complete before registration can take place. Credit Card information needs to be attached to your account at the front desk. -
August - At time of registration- $125 registration fee will be added to your account.
Winter Only- 4 Payments- The 15th of each Month September, October, November, December
Year Round- This includes Winter, Spring & Summer-- 8 Payments September-April
Winter Season Practice Groups Season Fees 2025/26
Level 6 Adv Senior -
Year Round Only $2093
8 Payments $261.63
The advanced senior group will practice 6 days per week for 2 hours per session. This group will swim doubles on Tuesdays and Thursdays and attend wellness classes when scheduled. This group is for advances swimmers who are efficient in all strokes and can endure practices over 6,000 meters. This group will plan on attending the National Championship and volunteer at both the Boyertown BOO and Championship spaghetti dinner.
Level 5 Senior -

The senior group will practice 6 days per week for 2 hours per day. This group is for advances swimmers who are efficient in all strokes and can endure practices over 6,000 meters.
Level 4 Junior -

The junior group will practice 5 days per week for 1.5 hours per day. This group is for strong swimmers efficient in all stokes and can endure practices over 4,500 meters.
Level 3 White -

The white group will practice 5 days per week for 1 hours per day. This group is for swimmers aged 9-14 who can legally swim at least 3 events for 100 meters and endure practices over 3,000 meters.
Level 2 Blue -

The blue group will practice 4 days per week for 1 hours per day. This group is for swimmers aged 8-12 who can legally swim at least 2 strokes for a full 50 meters.
Level 1 Teal -

The teal group will practice 3 days per week for 1 hours per day. This group is for beginner level swimmers and must have their "green band" upon joining.

Volunteer Clearance Form and Information
All Mako Shark Families are required to have clearances on file with the YMCA in order to volunteer at team hosted events. All Families are responsible for volunteering at a minimum of 2 dual meets and the league Championship
