New CPAL Championship Record Set

Squad of Nadine Laws, Brooke Boland, Josy Ruiz and Ava Buhrman broke the CPAL All-Star 13-14 Girls 200 Free Relay Record with a time of 1:40.29. Their splits of 25.92, 25.73, 24.90 and 23.74 respectively combined to overtake the 1:41.96 time posted by Lebanon YMCA in 1998 - 27 years ago.
