LVO Dual - Swimmers of the Meet

On December 22 we travelled 45 minutes to Annville, PA on a cold early wintery morning to swim the Lebanon Valley Otters. Vacations, trips and holiday events had left us without many on our roster. With a crew of only 78 swimmers, the prospect of remaining undefeated was a big challenge. Our High School athletes had just completed a hard week of training, morning practices, had competed in 5 HS Dual Meets in the 10 days before and were physically and mentally exhausted. But when we needed them most, they pulled themselves out of bed and came ready to compete. Their continued participation is one of the key reasons we have remained so successful in League Team Competitions for the past 46 years. Their sacrifice is one of the key reasons why we were able to win that meet by 47 points. For their dedication and teamwork all 13 of them have been named the LVO Dual - Swimmers of the Meet. Without their support we wouldn't be the well rounded Champions we are.
