Methacton Aquatic Club

MAC is a member of the Suburban Aquatic League (SAL), a suburban Philadelphia age group swimming organization. SAL is composed of more than 20 teams, organized in four geographical divisions. MAC is a member of the Northwest Division within the National Conference, swimming against North Penn, Souderton, Pennridge and Perkiomen Valley.  Our season begins in September. Our dual meets begin in November on Saturday afternoons. The season comes to an end in late January/early February. 

  • ​Dual Meets (November- December):  Boys/Girls will both swim/dive the same team at separate pools.  One team is home and one team is away.
  • ​Dual League/Conference Champs (early January):  Both teams will swim/dive another team from league. It may not be same team, as it depends on league standings for each.
  • ​A/B Champs (late January/early February).  These are individual meets depending on swimmers ranking within the league.  Top 18 swimmers will attend A champs.  The remainder will attend B champs.
