High School: High School age swimmers that are getting in shape for HS season. Practice is offered 4 days a week for 1 ½ hours per day (Mon through Thurs). Swimmers work on Technique and Conditioning - No meets are required Goal: Swimmers will improve technique and build conditioning for the upcoming HS season Focus: Swimmers will focus on conditioning and Technique. Swimmers will complete training sets of 20 minutes to one hour. The intensity of the training sets will increase. Swimmers will develop team leadership skills. Practices are designed to prepare swimmers for the HS swim season
