March is UMLY Coaches Appreciation Month!
March is officially “UMLY SWIM COACHES APPRECIATION MONTH.”
Why is this so important? From our Minis to our Senior Groups, we are fortunate to have a special group of individuals who have dedicated themselves to improving our kids in and out of the water. UMLY Coaches require an even greater sense of dedication as we have such a large team with diverse competitive levels.
So what this means is a lot of end of season meet opportunities for everyone! What this also means, is our Coaches will be spending
A LOT of time on the pool deck, long weekends, overnights, time away from family. They will act like it’s not a big deal, but I welcome you all to take a peek at our upcoming meet schedule and let’s let them know it is a big deal and we greatly appreciate everything they do!
A small act of kindness and appreciation can go a long way:
- Smile and have patience
- Make a card
- Say “Thank you”
- Sign up to bring something to Coaches Hospitality at the Michelle Deasey meet this Sunday
