Coach Rob founded Fox Swim Club in 2011. In the first five years of the club, Fox led the team to four Maryland Swimming Rising Club awards, and this past year a top-five finish at 14 & Under Maryland State Championships and Maryland Long Course State Championship meets. He has more than 25 years of coaching in Maryland Swimming. Fox is a four-time Frederick County High School Coach of the Year and is a former assistant coach of the Frederick Area Swim Team. Fox grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and attended the University of Maryland at College Park. At Maryland, he was a captain of the swim team and a four-time varsity letter winner. Fox is married with two children.
Coach D has been coaching since 1978. She is a recognized ASCA Level 5 coach and has been recognized as one of the best age group coaches in the nation. Denise has coached every level of swimming including Senior, Age Group, Masters, High School, Summer League, and College. Coach D joined Fox Swim Club in 2017. She currently is involved in all of the groups at the Mount Airy site specializing in individual stroke analysis.
Coach Shane has been coaching with Fox Swim Club for 5 years and has been coaching at various levels for over 25 years including the Hagerstown YMCA, Slippery Rock University and Germantown Masters. He grew up in Hagerstown, Maryland where he swam for the Hagerstown YMCA and St. Maria Goretti High School. Hebert attended Shippensburg University where he was part of three conference championship teams including the schools first championship. He was a four-time varsity letter winner. Hebert is married with three children.

Melanie has more than 30 years of coaching experience in competitive swimming and has been with Fox Swim Club since its inception. Melanie oversees the Fennec program for the team. She is the proud parent of William (University of Wisconsin), Karl (Merchant Marine Academy) and Josephine (member of FSC).

Coach Kendall has served as an assistant coach for the Windsor Knolls Wahoos for the past two seasons. She is also a member of U.S. Masters Swimming and has competed at locally, nationally, and internationally at the 2015 World Police and Fire Games in Fairfax, Virginia.

Coach Katy has been a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) since 2019. In addition to being a CPT, she is both a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC) and a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM-CSNC), as well as a NASM Virtual Training Specialist (NASM-VCS). Katy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salisbury University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in sports medicine. During her time at Salisbury University, Katy interned with the athletic training department where she assisted in the rehabilitation of athletes from various varsity sports and in return to play from injury. Currently, Coach Katy is a graduate student at Liberty University where she will graduate in December 2025 with a master's degree in nutrition. Following graduation, she will begin working towards becoming a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the American Nutrition Association. Coach Katy grew up in Walkersville, MD and swam for Fox Swim Club from 2011-2016. Katy returned to Fox Swim Club as a strength and conditioning coach in December of 2021.
