Good Morning HEAT Swim Families,

Welcome to the HEAT Swimming Team! We are excited to have you joining us this winter.

As noted in our team news earlier this month, we are sending the winter schedule as a viewable link. We hope this document helps you prepare for the upcoming season.

HEAT Swim Calendar Winter 2025/2026

Please also look for an email from your level coach at the end of the first week of practice. They will introduce themselves and their coaching team. We have many adult coaches and high school coaches supporting our program this season, and we appreciate your commitment to HEAT.

Please note that many registrations are still listed as pending. These will be approved after the first week of practice. Occasionally swimmers move groups or decide not to continue after the first week. If you are receiving this email, your registration has been completed correctly.

Throughout the season, we will host several meets for our High School and Middle School teams. While we aim to avoid major changes to practice schedules, there may be a few dates when certain levels do not practice due to meet conflicts, please make sure to check our calendar for most, up to date practice times and locations.

Parent meetings will be held during the week of December 8. We will send additional details regarding meeting times and locations. Each family will be asked to attend one meeting.

All current middle school girls signed up for HEAT should continue practicing with the Middle School teams. Boys registered for Middle School HEAT should practice with the corresponding groups listed below.

Coach: Ali Baltes (For initial questions, please email Coach Ian at [email protected] as Coach Ali is receiving a new school email.) Coach Ali joins us with local coaching experience in Holland, has competed collegiately, and is currently enrolled at Grand Valley.
