Ending or Suspending a Membership
At the end of a Session all memberships end with the exception of Annual Memberships.
There are 2 Sessions:
- Short Course: September to March (last billing date March 1st)
- Long Course: April to August (last billing date August 1st)
To end or suspend a swimmers membership before the end of a Session.
- Complete the Notice to Cancel Goggle doc form 30 days in advance of ending date.
- Remember Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month. All monthly memberships are month to month.
- Note that although the swimmer's membership is suspended, the parent or family account remains active. This happens for a couple of reasons. First if the swimmer has any unpaid meet or apparel fees the parent will be billed on the first of the next month. And there may be reasons that one swimmer in a family ends a membership while other siblings continue.
- Seasonal memberships end at the completion of the session. No refunds are given for ending a seasonal membership early. Illness or injury can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Rejoin
To rejoin during a session you have already registered for, but for example took a month off, send an Email notification to [email protected] to initiate rejoining.
