MIDLAND DOLPHINS-Week of May 19, 2024 (Senior/Gold Mentoring Program)
Midland Dolphins Swim Team,
SENIOR/GOLD MENTORTING PROGRAM
The Midland Dolphins are launching a 6 week mentor program this summer. This program will match older swimmers with younger swimmers to work through a leadership curriculum examining what it takes to be a leader and a great teammate. This progam will be facilitated by Eli Soderberg and Olivia Wagner. The curriculum was designed with help from Dr. Rishe.
Gold swimmers will meet Tuesday before practice with their mentor to examine the leadership practice of the week. The program will conclude with a social activity at the end of July.
