Individual Entry Limits
Swimmers in the meet may swim to (2) events on Friday and up to three (3) events total per day on Saturday and Sunday. Swimmers may not enter multiple sessions in a day.
800M swimmers will need to provide their own timers.
Entry Fees
$6.00 per individual event, and $9.00 for 800 free.
Surcharges
$15 Midland Dolphin Surcharge
$1.00 per athlete Michigan Swimming athlete surcharge
$10 facility surcharge will apply.

STUDENT REPRESENTATIVES
The midland dolphin parent board is looking for two high school students to serve as student representatives. These positions serve a one year term June 2025-May 2026. The student representatives will attend monthly parent board meetings and represent all swimmers when talking through important topics.
To be considered for these positions swimmers must be a registered Dolphin and swim at one point during the 2025-2026 season, and be in good financial and conduct standing with the club. Swimmer should be in or entering high school. Interested swimmers should write a one page explanation on why they would like to serve in this position and what they would do with the opportunity. To be considered please email Karl Rishe at [email protected] with the completed one page explanation by June 13th. All board members can be contacted if you have questions.
MIDLAND DOLPHINS and MIDLAND COUNTRY CLUB DUAL MEET – Wednesday, June 11
This meet is for 12 and under swimmers only. The events are short. 25’s and 50’s and all relays are 100’s.
Coach Emily, Coach Ella, Coach Andrea and Coach Hall coach both teams. Swimmers will not have heats and lanes. The coaches will line the swimmers up behind a lane and not worry about what team they are on. The purpose of this meet is to have fun swimming and racing with our friends.

Coaches will pick relays depending on the number of swimmers attending.

CARDBOARD REGATTA– Wednesday, June 11 after the dual meet

Get ready to make a splash at our Cardboard Regatta! We’re inviting both kids and adults to join in on the fun and creativity of this exciting poolside race. Gather your materials, build your boat at home using only cardboard and duct tape (no paint, wood, or other materials allowed), and get ready to set sail!
Each boat may have up to two participants during the race, and life jackets are required for everyone—please bring your own if possible.
You’re welcome to bring or craft your own paddles, and boats must not exceed 6 ft. wide by 10 ft. long. There’s no fee to participate, but registration is required. Please email Coach Hall if you would like to participate.
Guests are welcome, so bring your cheering squad!
TEAM POOL PARTY – Thursday, June 19 8:00pm-9:30pm (family event)
We are having a family pool party on Thursday, June 19 at the Midland Country Club Pool.
- Swimmers 10&U must have their parents with them.
- All swimmers must bring their own towel.
- The snack bar will be open for cash sales.
- There is no charge to attend.
- No need to RSVP. Just show up!
