Whether you're looking for recreational classes or full travel competitive teams, Trilogy Athletics has a place for your family.  Trilogy is celebrating its 25th season in competitive cheer & dance and its 6th season in gymnastics. 

Our staff is second-to-none and you will love our family atmosphere, value and customer service.

WHAT WE OFFER

RECREATIONAL CLASSES

• Once per week classes for all skill levels, designed for learning basics & beyond. Boys & girls, ages 3 & up.
• Open Gym classes offered to master skills. Ages 7 & up.

DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS

• Teams designed for cheer, dance & gymnastics for athletes and their families not ready for full-travel commitment.  
• Full season and half-year teams available.
• Athletes practice 1-2 times weekly.
• Lower cost and event commitment.

FULL TRAVEL TEAMS

• Full year teams designed for the more serious athlete.
• Teams available for all skill levels, boys & girls and all ages.
• Athletes evaluated on skills for team/level placement. 
• Athletes practice 2-4 times per week depending on level requirements.
• Supplemental classes offered - varies per sport.
