Recreational Program
(Ages 5 to 12+ years-old)
*Flyers I: This 55-minute introductory class is perfect for new gymnasts. Basic skills, strength, and
balance are the focus of this class. No previous experience is required! (Ages 5+)
*Flyers II: This is a 55-minute class for gymnasts who have passed Flyers I evaluations, and are
ready for the next step up. They want to polish those skills previously learned, and start working on the
Flyers III skills. (Ages 6+)
*Flyers III: This is a 55-minute class for gymnasts who have passed Flyers II evaluations. Continuing to
perfect skills they have and starting to work on High Flyers I skills. *Can enter in this class if the child is
10 years-old, and doesn't have previous experience. (Ages 7+)
*High Flyers I: This class is 1 hour and 25 minutes. The gymnast starts to work advanced skills,
body positions, flexibility, strength, balance, and more in this class. Gymnasts practice on all four events,
and tumble track! Gymnasts have passed all three Flyers evaluations to be in this class. (Ages 7+)
*High Flyers II: This class is 1 hour and 25 minutes. The gymnast continues to work advanced skills,
body positions, flexibility, strength, balance, and more in the class. Gymnasts work on all four events,
and tumble track! Gymnasts must have passed High Flyers I to be in this class. (Ages 8+)
*Shooting Stars: A program that is 2-4 hours per week for working on more advanced gymnastics. In
this two-hour class, gymnasts practice more advanced skills. Strength, flexibility, and technique are
emphasized. (Ages 8+)
High School: This 2 hour class is designed for high school gymnasts to practice and prepare for high
school competition. Gymnasts will build confidence on existing skills, while working on new skills to
improve high school routines! (available in the fall and spring only). (Ages 12+)
