The Swim League through Smithtown Aquatics is a year round instructional swim program for children between the ages of 5 to 18. With multiple training sessions each week, swimmers will be able to continue mastering the four competitive swim strokes and begin to learn racing skills. These swimmers represent the highest level of our Swim School. The Swim League can serve as a stepping stone to a competitive swim team or help set the foundation for a lifetime of swimming for fun and fitness. 

Season: Our swim league, much like all of our aquatic programming operates year-round. The season is divided into three registrations; Fall and Winter, Spring and Summer.

Staff: Our aquatic staff are professionally trained and certified USA Swimming coaches and members of the American Swim Coaches Association with years of hands on aquatic experience.

Facility: Our Swim League trains at the state of the art facility located inside the Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood. You can put “Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena” into your GPS and the directions will take you to the arena. Training Groups

• Blue: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30 - 7:30 PM

• Green: Tuesday, Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 11 AM.

• Both groups provide the same level of training and instruction.
