Join Our Swim Club

Thank you for your interest in our program. We require all new swimmers come to an evaluation so our coaching staff can place your swimmer into the appropriate program. We offer a variety of year round swimming options; swim school, swim league and our USA Swimming competitive swim team.

We offer a program for children of all ages and abilities. Before you child's evaluation, we'll discuss their swimming background, goals and your program preferences with you in person. After the evaluation, our coaching staff will provide you with feedback and a plan to achieve the goals we've discussed

Competitive Swim Team Tryouts

  • Interested in our trying out for our USA Swimming competitive swim team? Click here to sign up for our free tryouts and evaluations. If your child does not qualify for our competitive swim team, they will be placed into the appropriate group within our Swim School or Swim League, based on their age and ability. Both parent and child will leave the tryout and evaluation feeling accomplished and excited for the beginning of their competitive swimming journey with us.

What To Bring

  • Swimmers should arrive wearing their swimsuit.
  • They should also bring their goggles and a swim cap if they have one otherwise we can provide one.

What To Expect

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled evaluation start time.
  • Upon arrival families parents will be asked to fill out an information form.
  • Swimmers will be asked to come onto the pool deck without their parents. They will be asked to enter the water at the coaches the direction. Coaches will instruct swimmers through a series of strokes and skills to see evaluate their ability.
  • Evaluations can take between 15 - 30 minutes depending upon the ability of the swimmer and the number of swimmers present.

Afterwards

  • After a successful evaluation the coaching staff will let families know their options for joining our program.

Facilities

  • Hauppauge High School 500 Lincoln Blvd. Hauppauge NY 11788. We are not at the main circle entrance. We are the parking lot at the traffic light with the tennis courts. After you park your car and you’re facing the building, use the entrance in the middle of the building.
  • Suffolk Community College in Brentwood. The pool is located inside the Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood. You can put “Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena” into your GPS and the directions will take you to the arena
  • Suffolk Y JCC 74 Hauppauge Rd Commack NY 11725. 
  • Hidden Pond Park 660 Terry Rd A, Hauppauge, NY 11788. We use the outdoor pool in the summer. . .
