Patriots Turn "Silvers" to Gold

This past weekend, Patriot Swimmers roared into Felix Festa Middle School and took their rightful place among the big powerhouse teams, racking up 122 Personal Best Swims, Achieving 11 New JO qualifying swims and setting 15 Peekskill, 1 Beacon and 8 Overall team records.  

Congratulations to Amanda Fung, Kassey Gonzalez, Caroline Jaeger, Matt Keane, Emamanuelle Palikuca, and Addy Rutkoske.   We also had a few new JO performances that were foiled by DQ's.  We'll do our best to get those swimmers another chance.

Addy Rutkoske was perfect this past weekend, going 7 for 7 and Caroline Jaeger went 9 for 10.  Both of these girls have been on fire the past few meets and we look forward to seeing what they will do at JO's.  

Justin Lee 6 for 8, Gabby McMillian 4 for 4 and Marc Piliero 4 for 4 all put on very strong performances. 

We expect our swimmers will continue to put in fine performances this championship season.  Next Week is the 8 & Under Championshps, followed by the Junior Olympics and finally Age Group Championships.
