Waning Days of a Very Successful Year

The end of July has been a whirlwind as we jump from Firecracker Meet, Senior Mets, Junior Olympics, and Eastern Zone Championships to Super Sectionals with barely a moment to catch a breath.    Our Swimmers have kept performing at unprecedented levels as they close out the championship season.  Team records have nearly been completely overwritten and we have sent more swimmers to championship meets than at any time in our history.

All of our parents should take a bow, as it is your unwavering support for team and child, which has played such a critical role in our success.   Our swimmers are to be highly commended.  They have risen to the challenge and overcome the tough training and surpassed the goals their coaches have set before them.

We’d like to recognize the following swimmers who still have a little bit to go, before they can take a much deserved break.

Metro Zone Team Participants - Matt Keane, Donna Lam, Marc Piliero, Lauren Siegel, Kaitlyn Quezada

Zone Super Sectional Participant - Blair Wegescheide

We’d also like to say goodbye to Coaches Edgar and Emma.  They have done an amazing job and will be missed.

We’d like to welcome Coach Maxine D’Agostino to our staff as Assistant Junior and Senior Coach in Peekskill.

Over the next few days, we will be updating the site in preparation for next season.  Junior and Dolphins will start up on September 9th.   Seniors will start on September 5th.

This coming year we will have an early registration in addition to our regular registration.   See the separate news item for more details
