Prerequisite: Participants should be comfortable swimming 50-yards freestyle without stopping.

 

4-week session, Friday AM and Sunday AM

November 21 - December 21st (no practices Thanksgiving week)

Fridays 6am - 7am

Sundays 7:30am - 8:30am
