Important Note:
This will be a Senior Championship Meet offering preliminaries with four (4) finals heats and timed finals events. Swimmers outside of the Southern Zone will be marked as “exhibition” swimmers in the finals and thus not able to score points.
Entry Process and Deadline:
All entries will be done via a Meet Manager entry file. This is the only accepted process for pre-entering the meet. The entry deadline for this meet is Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time. On July 24, 2025, we will accept entries for teams or swimmers outside of the Southern Zone. The entry deadline for these swimmers is 6 PM on July 26. Entries may be accepted until the cap of 500 is reached or 6 PM on July 26, 2025, whichever comes first.

Entering the pool and Warm Up Procedure:
Spectator entrance will be the main entrance of the aquatic center. The coach/athlete entrance will be the north doors by the Memorial Statue. Team check-in will be in the administration room by the north starter. Please have all valid coaching credentials available to be checked.
Every warm up session will begin with Open warm ups. The last 30 minutes of Warm Ups will consist of Controlled Warm Ups as follows:
