All forms & registration fees due by seasonal due date.

Cost per season: $400; $50 discount for each additional swimmer sibling.

Credit card on file on the Team Unify Website – will be charged for all swim-associated fees.

Payments must be made in full at start of the season, or request monthly billing during registration.

1. You MUST be a member of MUW Recreation to join Swim Columbus.  Please ask for the discounted swim membership rate.
2. Complete the SCSO Registration Form and email a copy to [email protected] to be added to our Team Unify website.
3. A link will be emailed to you to create your logins and profile on the website.
4. A USA Swim ID will be generated for you, and then you will receive a link to register with USA Swimming (a requirement for all swimmers).

Fundraising:  Swimmers/swim families shall be responsible for fundraising projects throughout the season.  Each swimmer is responsible for generating $100.00 (but no more than $200.00 per family).  If a swimmer does not participate in a fundraiser, he/she shall be assessed the $100.00 fundraising fee.
