Kroger Community Rewards Program

The Kroger Community Rewards program has been very popular and successful for USSC.  Many families have used this opportunity to support the club and earn fundraising credit.  Since our enrollment in the program, USSC has received more than $27,000 in donations from the support of our families and networks!

The current Kroger Community Rewards program year will end on April 30th and Kroger will begin a new program year on May 1st. Families that have already registered with Kroger Community Rewards and selected to support USSC DO NOT NEED TO RE-ENROLL, BUT THEY STILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ENROLLMENT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING CREDIT!

If you have already enrolled and chosen USSC as your non-profit organization, please log into your Kroger account and take a screenshot of the bottom of your Account page showing: (1) your name, (2) date of enrollment and (3) USSC as your chosen Non-Profit Organization.  Send the screenshot to the Fundraising Coordinator at [email protected] .

If you have not enrolled in Kroger Community Rewards, please follow the instructions below to enroll and provide a screenshot of your account by May 1st.

The new program year will run May 1, 2024– April 30, 2025.  All donations earned through the Kroger Community Rewards program will be evenly distributed among families that have provided proof of enrollment and have "active" status at the time the donation is received.

** Please note - Kroger provides USSC a total amount for the club, it is NOT broken out by individual.  We will take the total and divide it among all those registered in the program - therefore each person gets the same amount of credit.  

Please check your receipts to confirm that Utica Shelby Swim Club is noted at the bottom. This will confirm that you are signed-up and earning valuable fundraising dollars.

For members joining the KCR program after May 1st, ENROLLMENT & PROOF OF ENROLLMENT MUST BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE FIRST 45 DAYS OF THE KCR QUARTER.  (Families that do not enroll, or provide proof of enrollment, by the deadline will not be eligible for the current KCR quarterly distribution.  However, they will be eligible for future quarterly distributions.)
