Reminder: To be eligible for travel fund reimbursement, athletes must have participated in both the qualifying meet and the corresponding sectional meet.
All submissions will be verified for eligibility.
Please review the stipulations outlined at the beginning of each form before submitting.

Please submit a separate form for each athlete and for each qualifying meet they attended. Do not combine multiple meets on one form.
