Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy

Below is the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) and it is the responsiblity of swimmers age 18+ and legal guardians of minor swimmers to review these policies and ask questions, as needed. It's very important that all legal guardians and swimmers age 18+ read these policies to protect the safety of all the swimmers on the team.

This policy applies to any adult 18 years or older who is a:

USA Swimming non-athlete members and adult athlete members;

Participating non-members (e.g., meet marshals, meet computer operators, timers, etc.)

LSC and club adult staff and board members; and

Any other adult authorized to have regular contact with or authority over minor athletes

All who this policies applies to further acknowledge and understand that agreeing to comply, with the contents of the below policies is a condition of membership with the Fort Leavenworth Lancers Swim Team.
