I just posted a new copy of the meet info to the MSA meet landing page that reflects a change they made in their warm-up and start times. For the meet on February 11th they will be warming up at 7 am and starting races at 8.

We will have some forms that evening for you to use if you need. Remember, we will do out-of water pictures first and then individual in-water pictures second. The meet is done and the Killer Whales rocked all weekend. Several swimmers picked up new BB qualifying times for championships and Earned point and medals in the finals. Seth Jensen picked up a first place finish in the 50 freestyle as Liam Holt picked up his second win of the weekend in the 500 free. Liam also broke Jared Osborne's 200 IM record from 2003 with a 1:57.06. Grace Reichard also lowered her 15-18 and Senior record in the 100 free by three tenths with a 53.39. Go Killer...
I know that Liam Holt breaking another record might not seem like a big deal since he seems to do that a lot, but tonight he took 45 seconds off of his 15-18 and Senior Team Record in the 1650 Free. 16:42.23. Wow! What a great way to start a meet!
Overall our Killer Whales broke 13 Senior and 13 15-18 age group team records at the Chesapeake Elite Pro-Am. What a weekend! After the last update we had several highlights: Khyle Hill set a new 15-18 and Senior record in the 50 freestyle, moving up to 10th in the finals with a 21.20. Liam Holt came from behind to take the B final for 9th place in the 200 breaststroke, slicing another 2.5 seconds from the best time he swam in the prelims.
