Life Time Swim Missouri swim team is a youth recreational swimming program for student athletes of all ages and talent levels. Friendly, approachable coaches work with children, beginners and competitors alike. Our swim team is a program of Life Time Swim. All new swimmers need to attend a swim team tryout during regularly scheduled practices. Please note: If your swimmer cannot complete 50 meters of freestyle with rhythmic side breathing, 50 meters of backstroke, 25 meters of breaststroke or butterfly, 25 meters of kicking with kickboard, and have a basic understanding of all 4 swimming strokes, then our developmental swim team or swim lessons would be a great place to learn and develop these skills. 

Life Time Swim at West County offers swimming lessons and programs for the communities of Chesterfield, Ellisville, Eureka, Valley Park, Ballwin and the surrounding areas. The best pools, instructors and programs – Life Time Swim at West County has them all. Life Time Swim Missouri features a 5-lane 25-Meter indoor lap pool, indoor leisure pool, 6-lane 25-Yard outdoor lap pool, outdoor water slides and 2 indoor whirlpools. The Life Time Swim Aquatics office is located at 3058 Clarkson Road, Ellisville, MO 63017.

Swim lessons are also offered through Life Time Swim. These swim lessons teach all levels of swimming from 101 to 601 levels. If your swimmer is not quite ready for swim team, but would like to fine tune strokes or just learn to swim, please contact the Life Time Aquatics Office at (636) 591-2623 to schedule a complimentary swim assessment.
