New swimmers are allowed to join the Life Time Kansas Competitive Swim Team at any time. All swimmers must complete a Coach Assessment so that he or she may be placed in the proper group for success. To schedule an assessment contact:
Lenexa Head Coach - Carol Buckland - [email protected]
Overland Park Head Coach - Alexander Fortune - [email protected]
Your swimmer needs to be ready to enter the water for their assessment with a swimsuit, swim cap, and goggles. Upon completion of the assessment, your swimmer will be assigned to a swim group. Registration can begin at that time. Registration is always on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees and practice schedules depend on swim group placement. For more details about fees, practice schedules, and swim group descriptions look under the Team Info tab on the above toolbar.
All swimmers are required to register as members of USA Swimming, Inc. our governing sports body. There is an annual fee for this registration, currently $84.00. Swimmers are not allowed to compete in any sanctioned USA Swimming meet without being registered with USA Swimming. Registration is required annually and can be done directly at the USA Swimming website.
