Raiders' Shine in First Long Course Meet of the Season

The Raiders' first long course meet of the season proved to be a resounding success, as 31 athletes achieved an impressive 90.23% best times. The swim meet showcased a remarkable display of talent, with athletes securing a total of 109 Midwestern qualifying times, 150 USA Motivational times, 36 B-times, 48 BB-times, 25 A-times, 37 AA-times, 4 AAA-times, and an outstanding 38 Team Records broken.

The Raiders had 85 swims that finished in the Top 12, 49 swims in the Top 6, and 21 swims in the Top 3, with one athlete emerging as an event winner. The team also celebrated the breakthrough of several athletes qualifying for the Midwestern Championship in Individual events for the first time.

In the team standings, the Raider 12 & Under squad clinched an impressive 2nd place overall finish, while the Raider 13 & older team showcased their strength by tying for 4th place. In the combined team scores, the Raiders secured a commendable 3rd place overall.

The Raiders' stellar performance at the meet underscored that their hard work and dedication are beginning to pay off, laying a strong foundation for the remainder of the Long Course season.
