Warmups Begin at 5:15

Relays Begin at 6:00

There will be no practice this night. The relay night will take place of practice.  There will be a $5 account charge that includes prizes and food!  Swimmers will warm up and compete on various relays with their assigned SCSC Cup team!

All athletes must RSVP by Friday, October 18.  No late entries will be accepted.

Thursday, September 12

All swimmers are invited to practice with their SCSC Cup team. Swimmers will practice with their SCSC Cup team coach and team.

Friday, September 13

Saturday, September 14

This practice and events are only for those who are swimming in the SCSC Cup meet. We will do a team picture before swimmers get in the water, swimmers will then practice with their team, followed by dinner with their SCSC Cup team (swimmers only). We will have Fazoli’s catered!  During the Saturday practice, swimmers will receive their goodie bags. If your swimmer is not at practice, they will receive the goodie bag at the meet on Sunday.

Admission: $3.00 for non-volunteers; Kids 5 & under free (Cash/Card Accepted)
