* To participate in practice and in all swim meets, all swimmers must be registered through USA swimming.

* All meets will be entered using our online entry system under the “Swim Meets” section. Entry deadlines are posted for each event.  One reminder e-mail will be sent out 7 days prior to meet deadline.

Meet Entry Policies:

No late entries will be accepted (entry deadline is typically 2-3 weeks before the meet).
 
Please specify which session(s) of the meet you want your swimmer to attend.
 
Our coaching staff will be picking the events that your child will be swimming. Even if you choose events for them, we reserve the right to make any changes that we see necessary.
 

*Once a swim meet is entered, you will be invoiced for the entry fees. After the entries are submitted, there are no refunds per USA swimming rules.

 

 *For local area Age Group Meets, there is an additional $10 per  swimmer Coaching fee added to your meet entry fees to help pay for  our coaching staff at the meet.

 * For Championship and away meets, there is a $20 coaching fee per swimmer to help pay for our coaching staff to attend the meet.
