Mommy & Me

Mommy and Me classes are for parents to participate in gymnastics with their little stars! This class is for children 18 months (walking) to 2 years old and is designed to stimulate your child's intellect, develop their growth motor motion skills and enhance their hand-eye coordination. Come jump, play, sing and laugh with your child and watch them shine like a star! Co-ed classes.

*Child must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or babysitter for this class.

Preschool

It’s time to be on your own in our preschool classes!  Open to gymnasts beginning at 3 years old and potty trained.  These classes are full of fun, music, games, and gymnastics!  Children will get to explore all the fun in gymnastics such as the beam, obstacle courses, bars, rope, trampoline and more! Co-ed classes.
