Pinehurst Piranhas where established in Nov. 2011.  We are a year round USA Swimming age group swim team. We practice at the Seven Lakes fitness Center in Seven Lakes North just outside of Pinehurst, NC in Moore County.

Mission Statement

Pinehurst Area Swim Team believes that to develop competitive swimmers through a year-round training and development program  promotes spirited competition, positive attitude, and good sportsmanship to help swimmers realize personal and team goals. This sport demands courage, confidence, commitment, determination, responsibility, and teamwork. All of these attributes are lifelong qualities that will benefit each child and there future endeavors.

 Our Vision

The club's vision is to teach boys and girls ages 6 through 18 lifelong lessons through competitive swimming. Working in conjunction with USA Swimming guidelines and a quality coaching staff, the Pinehurst Area Swim Club offers an inclusive learning environment for swimmers of all levels. It is our hope that through competitive swimming children will learn personal accountability, positive self-esteem, good physical fitness, teamwork, goal-setting, and a sense of achievement through hard work and training.
