Scholastic All-American Deadline Aug. 1st

Calling all Sophmore's, Juniors and Senior's in High School submit your USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Applications by August 1st!  

August 1, 2011 is the deadline for applications for the Scholastic All-America team for the 2010-11 year. Complete submission of the application, supporting proof of time or performance documents and a complete transcript from the athlete’s high school must be received by August 1. The program is for 10th-12th graders and awards SAA status for a GPA of 3.5 or better in academic subjects in the recently completed academic year and an athlete having swum a listed qualifying time or participation in the USA Swimming National Open Water Championships or a designated Disability Meet.

All the qualifying information and submission instructions are on the SAA application which can be accessed here. Applicants are reminded that only one application should be submitted – either the online version or the PDF. Accompanying documents must be mailed to the tabulators listed on the application form.
