Goldfish: This group is our pre-competitive group for children between the ages of 7-13. It requires a commitment of two practices a week. The program is designed as a transitional introduction into the world of competitive swimming.  This group will concentrate on the fundamentals of competitive swimming (rules and regulations), technique and stroke development with an introduction to endurance training in a fun and dynamic environment.

Mini Bluefish:  This group is designed for our youngest swimmers between the ages of 5 and 9.  Practices are an hour to an hour and a half three times a week.  Emphasis is placed heavily on good technique while mastering the essentials of competitive swimming. Understanding how to use the pace clock, proper lane etiquette, and how to create a race strategy are factors taught at this level.

Junior 1:  The first phase of our Junior program for swimmers between the ages of 9-12. Focus is on stroke development with an introduction to endurance training. (3-4 practices a week) 

Junior 2:  The second phase of our Junior program for swimmers between the ages of 10-13. Focus is on stroke development and more enhanced endurance training. (4-5 practices a week)

Junior 3:  The third phase of the Junior program for swimmers between the ages of 11-14. Focus is on an introduction to advanced stroke development and race strategy, with increased commitment and endurance training. (5-6 practices a week)

Senior 1:  The first phase of our Senior program for high school aged swimmers. Athletes in Senior 1 will be committed to working towards further advancement in the program or preparing for HS competition. (3-7 practices per week)

Senior 2:  The second phase of our Senior program for high school aged swimmers. It is designed for those with a demonstrated commitment to the sport of swimming. The main focus for the group is NE Senior to National level competition. (7 practices per week plus training trips)

Senior 3:  The third phase of our Senior program for high school aged swimmers, made up of our top competitors who have demonstrated advanced commitment to the sport of swimming. The main focus for the group is Sectional to National level competition. (7+ practices per week plus training trips)
