Kim Vandenberg 2008 Olympian visits McDermott Pool Warwick, RI!
Kim Vandenberg 2008 Olympic Medalist, 2011 Pan American Champion 200Fly, placed 3rd 200Fly at the 2012 Olympic Trials, visited practice at McDermott Pool in Warwick. Chuck knows Kim through several USA Swimming National Team Trips and Camps. Kim was in town giving a Formula One Clinic and agreed to come speak at our practice. She spoke to the athletes about her swimming career and her strategies in swimming the 200 Fly. What a great experience!
