Rhi Jeffrey - Head Coach/Owner
Coach Rhi has over 16 years of experience teaching and coaching swim and has been a head coach for the past 8 years. In addition to her coaching, Rhi is an accomplished swimmer. Some of her accomplishments include: 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist in the 4x200 Freestyle Relay; 5-time Olympic Trials qualifier - 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016; 2-time 2003 World Champion in the 4x100 Relay and 4x200 Freestyle Relay; American record holder in the 4x200 Freestyle Relay, 6-time NCAA finalist and a 2-time NCAA All-American; 8-time Florida High School State Champion and the most decorated in Florida High School swimming.
Kirsty Nichols - Associate Head Coach
Kirsty Nichols has taught swimming on the seacoast for over 10 years and enjoys working with all ability levels. She has been the head age group coach of Atlantis Aquatics since fall 2015 and enjoys watching her swimmers as they progress throughout the season. Kirsty is a wife and mother of two children that currently swim for Atlantis Aquatics.
DJ Poulin - Age Group/Dryland Coach/Owner
DJ has spent most of his life around pools. He swam competitively in high school and college and was the Berkshire league champion in the 100 freestyle in Connecticut high school swimming as a junior. DJ has been a personal trainer and fitness buff for over two years now. When DJ met Rhi Jeffrey, she was still training for the 2016 Olympic Games. He was her dryland coach for a year in 2015 during her comeback bid and helped bring her back up to the top 10 at the national level. DJ brings a perfect blend of swimming and dryland knowledge, making him a unique dryland coach.

Alexandra Nichols - Age Group Coach
Alexandra has been competitively swimming since she was 8 years old. Her favorite strokes are backstroke and butterfly depending on the day or time in the season. Alexandra has been a member of Atlantis Aquatics since Rhi and DJ started the team and was previously on CSC. Alexandra enjoys sharing her love of swimming with her younger teammates and new swimmers alike. She officially became a member of the coaching staff in 2022 after doing all the required training and skills she's learned in her years of swim training. She looks forward to a great swim season this year.
