Good morning team,

 

Hopefully you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break and are ready to get back to work! We have a few little odds and ends for you this week as well as a very important update to the Regional meet this weekend with SOLO. Newsletter should be out early next week.

 

PRACTICE CHANGES

  • NO PRACTICE for any group this Saturday December 3rd.

 

WREATH DECORATING

  • Those of you that signed up for wreath decorating this weekend, don't forget to pay your deposit or the farm will not be able to save a wreath for you. 
  • Final details will be emailed out mid-week!

 

FOOD DRIVE CONTEST

  • Thank you to everyone who donated to our food drive this year. We ended up being able to donate 375 lbs of food!! WOW!!
  • Prizes and thank you's will be handed out this week.

 

REGIONAL MEET THIS WEEKEND

  • The Regional Championship meet this weekend has been moved to UNH instead of PEA. 
  • This meet ended up being VERY large, so we are going to have to make a few cuts (you will not be charged for events I have to cut).
  • The first cuts will be all swimmers who do not have official times from a previous swim meet. If you have not swum in a meet yet this season, we are going to have to find another one in the coming weeks. :(
  • The second cuts to be made (if the first is not sufficient from all teams attending) will be any events a swimmer is in that they have not competed in previously. 
  • This is a brand new format and time of they year for this meet so we are still working out the kinks. Thank you all for your patience!
  • I will send out an official entry list later today for you to check and see if your swimmer is still on the list.
